Real Estate

Buying a home can be challenging for a first-timer. After all, there are so many steps, tasks, and requirements, and you may be anxious about making an expensive mistake.

Finding a real estate agent you can trust is one of those daunting tasks. After all, you are putting your investments into the hands of a stranger.

Most people think of a real estate agency as the building where the agents work.

Agency is actually the relationship that an agent has with the client. A buyer’s agent represents the buyers and negotiates on their behalf with the seller’s agent. Both have a fiduciary responsibility to their respective clients.
That responsibility can be summed up in the acronym: COLD AC

The Generator
We had an ugly old lilac tree on that corner. They removed the tree and put the landscape ties in with gravel. After 1 year the rain had washed out the gravel threatening the stability of the generator. Solution, brick pavers. Neat and clean and no weeds either.

New Garapa wood deck
The previous contractor used pine decking and extended our 8′ X 20′ deck to 18′ X 20′. Unfortunately they didn’t install it level and the boards were end to end in rows. The guys did repurpose the old deck boards into a great paddock look on the patio and new tool she off the end of the outdoor kitchen. We also had 2 X 4 railing with green wire and it’s now aluminum railing that matched the dog yard fence.

Front of House Solution
The solution to continuity across the front of the house with some catmint and dwarf bamboo and in the back we solved the issue of weeds between the house and the pool yard.
Brick Steps
The brick steps down and up the side of the house with the dog yard fence showing and the shade roof over the heat pump. Then there’s the 5,000SQFT mosaic paver driveway. My wife’s favorite. The view from the road shows the extra parking pad for our new 36′ RV. You also see 4 of the 6 clump white birch trees that Cath likes. We had 50 year old silver maple trees that were dropping branches and causing a mess. They also undermined the old driveway with their surface roots.
The Driveway
They did a great job around the lamppost, the compass rose oriented correctly in the center of the driveway(installed 4 months after the pavers were put in) then there’s a picture of the landscape plant bed on the other side of the driveway.
The Upper Deck
The upper deck down to the pool pad and you can see off to the left is the patio and outdoor kitchen. The guys did a great job of installing my ladder in the pool pad. Another view of the driveway and a detail of the mailbox surrounded with pavers. The lawn cutter Don Althoff – 717-870-4207,  likes how easy it is to cut around.
